Yearly Monitoring

There is nothing you need to do as a resident apart from carrying on with your normal day to day activities! Our surveys involve recording all movements in and out of the development and movements along footpaths within the development. Therefore, you may have noticed some people located around Willowbrook in Springtime. In addition to this, you may have noticed some cameras located around the access points. These recordings are not used for any other purpose other than travel habits and are not distributed to third parties – all information recorded is encrypted and stored securely. Furthermore, data is deleted within six months of the survey.

We have to update the Local Authority on the results of the Travel Plan monitoring; however, no personal data is shared and no individual can be identified in this written report. Your privacy is paramount to us and you can read our full privacy policy here.
