[su_spoiler title=”Buses” style=”fancy”]Your closest bus stops are located along Fitzgerald Road. You will find the nearest stop between Vicarage Lane and St Mary’s Library. Locations such as Spoughton, Ipswich and Claydon can be accessed from these stops and you will find that Mulleys operate services through Bramford. [su_spoiler title=”Bus Passes” style=”fancy”]There are a selection of local incentives throughout Suffolk to promote travelling by public transport; including bus passes. If you are of pensionable age, you will be entitled to apply for an age-related bus pass which allows free off-peak bus travel. [su_spoiler title=”Young Person Bus Discounts” style=”fancy”]For those aged between 16 and 19, you can apply for the Suffolk Endeavour Card. This card is free to apply for and gives you at least 25% off the cost of bus travel. The only requirement is that your journey either starts or finishes in Suffolk. Apply for the card through the Suffolk on Board website.

[su_spoiler title=”Train Travel” style=”fancy”]Your nearest train station is in Ipswich which is approximately a 20-minute cycle ride. There are 200 cycle storage spaces available (over 100 within a secure compound). Alternatively, if you would prefer to drive to the train station, there are over 400 car parking spaces available and for those with plug-in vehicles, there are two car charging points. Services from Ipswich are frequent to Norwich, Colchester, Cambridge and London. Tickets can be purchased from the train station, however, where possible, we would suggest purchasing tickets in advance to receive the best prices.[/su_spoiler]

[su_spoiler title=”Railcards” style=”fancy”]When using the train for leisure purposes, railcards are a great way to receive discounts on the cost of rail tickets. There are various options available, such as; 16-17 saver, 16-25, 26-30, two-together, disabled person or the senior railcards.
