Walton Gate, Felixstowe – Barratt Homes

Here at Smarter Travel, we are currently working on a new residential development, known as Walton Gate, on behalf of Barratt Homes. Based just outside the seaside town of Felixstowe (most famous for its port), Walton Gate will be an excellent location for residents to travel sustainably.

We are currently finalising the residential Welcome Packs which will be distributed to each household shortly after occupation. In order to be able to have the greatest influence on travel habits, we understand that it is important to provide clear and easy to understand information as early as possible to residents.
