Travel Information Packs

Our latest Travel Information Packs are now being sent to residents of Orchid Grove, Haverhill. These bespoke Travel Information Packs have been designed to inform residents of local travel options in the area including walking and cycling routes. The developer, Taylor Wimpey, were required to produce the Travel Information Packs due to a planning condition on the development, we were appointed to fulfil this role on their behalf.

Due to Covid-19 and nationwide travel restrictions, we have adapted our Travel Information Packs and their content to now include a focus on home-working and well being. These packs now also include a heavier focus on walking and cycling for leisure or essential journeys. In addition to this, where possible, we include a variety of links to inform residents of the latest Government travel advice including the use of public transport.

This development only requires an information pack opposed to a full travel plan and monitoring period, this is due to the requirements which are set out within the planning permission and in a Section 106.

Like many travel packs, Orchid Grove has a great voucher offering to encourage sustainable travel, including;

• A 4-week bus ticket to services in and around Cambridge.

OR

• A £100 Wiggle voucher (this is a great online retailer selling all fitness/active gear, from trainers to bikes.

We work with a variety of developments across the country, all with varying requirements, every site we work with is on a bespoke basis, including the information within the packs to ensure it’s always relevant and useful to all residents.
