May sees the return of National Walking Month. Living Streets are encouraging you to walk for 20 minutes each day with their #Try20 campaign. There are many benefits to taking a short walk each day, including; strengthening your heart, lowering the risk of diseases, helping lose weight and generally making you feel happier!
