Aspext residents: should you want to comment on any of your transport experiences, your first point of contact should be the operator of the service as soon as possible after an incident. You can find a list of FAQ’s and contact details on the TfL website, however, if you feel the operator failed to provide you with a satisfactory resolution, the matter can be referred to another organisation, including Transport Focus, the independent transport user watchdog.

If the matter remains unresolved, after contacting one of the above, the final point of contact is the Traffic Commissioner for London who is responsible for the initial registration of all services.
