For those that are less able to travel by regular public transport, there are community transport options available in the area. Bungay Area Community Transport (BACT) is your local community transport provider. BACT can be requested for a variety of trips such as social arrangements, commuting, medical appointments, and connections to other transport. Suffolk on Board offer Travel Training to students and adults with disabilities in schools, colleges and adult day care services. To date over 350 young people and adults have completed their training and become independent travelers. The training is FREE and you can find out more on the Suffolk on Board website or call 0345 6032200 for assistance in applying.
