The centre of Stowmarket and Stowmarket Railway Station is just a 10 minute cycle ride away from Gateway 14, whilst Needham Market is a 16 minute cycle away. The whole of Stowmarket and Stowupland is within a 5.0km distance of the site, thus a suitable cycle distance for most able-bodied people.
There is a Tesco superstore just a 3 minute cycle away, and Cedars Park Community Centre is a 5 minute cycle. Also, if you are dropping off your kids to nursery before work, Busy Bees Nursery is only a 2 minute cycle ride from Gateway 14.
The existing cycleway/footway on the north side of Gun Cotton Way provides links to the cycleway/footway on Navigation Approach which leads towards the centre of town.
