Yearly Monitoring

Almost all new housing developments require a Travel Plan, completed by the appointed Travel Plan Coordinator, which for Grange Park is Smarter Travel Ltd, on behalf of Bovis Homes.

The Travel Plan covers the accessibility of the development, local cycling and walking routes, the public transport network and local amenities. The Travel Plan also sets out targets to be achieved by the end of the monitoring period, which is expected to conclude in 2026. We are pleased to say that Grange Park is currently exceeding its targets to reduce car/van drivers and vehicular trips in and out of the development.
